Integrated Air Conditioning
We specialise in the design, installation, commissioning & maintenance of energy efficient air conditioning & heat pump systems.
Our teams’ expertise has been developed from many years’ experience in office, hotel, retail, car dealership and data centre applications. The equipment range we specialise in varies from single splits systems, VRV/VRF systems, chillers, to air & ground source heat pumps.
From initial enquiry, we can provide a full site survey, comprehensive analysis of client requirements & design of the most appropriate solution.
Integrated Air Conditioning will provide a detailed quotation for the proposed works, and can offer thermal modelling, detailed CAD or BIM drawings from our in house design team.
As part of our design process, we will select systems taking into account SCOP and SEER ratings to ensure that they fall on the Energy Technology List where required. Where a project requires a BREEAM or SCA rating, we work closely with assessors to ensure that the required credits are achieved. All in house designs are backed with a Professional Indemnity Policy.
Integrated Air Conditioning SMSTS project managers will fully coordinate the activities of our qualified installation engineers, constantly monitoring progress & keeping you fully informed of project progress.
All of our air conditioning projects are installed, commissioned and maintained by experienced 2079 City & Guilds F Gas qualified engineers, who each hold construction industry recognised training such as SSSTS, City and Guilds CSCS Skill Card, IPAF, PASMA and UKATA asbestos awareness training. We also ensure that our engineers attend all manufactures’ training courses & hold the appropriate installation & commissioning certification.
We are fully accredited Mitsubishi Electric BSP, Daikin D1, Toshiba and Panasonic installers, offering our clients peace of mind and extended warranty packages.

F-Gas
The majority air conditioning and heat pump systems contain hydrofluorocarbons, which are a type of fluorinated greenhouse gas or “F-Gas”. Companies which operate or service and maintain equipment containing F-Gas refrigerants must meet certain requirements by law, and as an F-Gas certified company, Integrated Air Conditioning can provide advice and services to ensure full compliance with F-Gas regulations.
Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
A proactive approach to maintenance will significantly increase a system’s life cycle. Ignoring maintenance is not only against F-Gas legislation, but equipment can become inefficient and fail to perform as it was originally designed to do.
Costs could increase due to both premature component failure and inefficient energy use. We know from experience that regular planned preventative maintenance is essential to ensure efficient, trouble-free running of air conditioning equipment.
Health & Safety
The company’s health & safety record is exemplary and all projects are fully risk assessed before they start. We have a in house SHEQ manager who oversees all health and safety elements of the business. In addition we are certified members of the Alcumus Safe Contractor Scheme, CHAS accredited and a member of SSIP, and can also be found as an approved contractor on Avetta working with many large blue chip organisations.
TM44 Air Conditioning Audits
All air conditioning systems with an effective rated output of more than 12kW must be inspected by an Accredited Air Conditioning Inspector and certificates must be produced via CLG software report production tool for mandatory lodgement on the Government Landmark Database.
Local authorities are responsible for enforcing the requirements relating to Air Conditioning Inspection reports. The failure to commission, keep, or provide an Air Conditioning Inspection report when required by the Regulations means you may be issued with a penalty charge notice.
We provide a nationwide Air Conditioning Inspection service following the TM44 inspection guidelines. A building audit lasts for 5 years and is certificated on the government’s main site.
